💌 InMails Available for All Social Account Types
The Social Platform has reverted its InMails functionality, making InMails available to
all users
, not just premium subscribers. Now, accounts with any Social subscription plan can send InMails. Sales Navigator

⚙️ Improved Accessibility for Connection Request Settings
We've made it easier to manage your connection request settings within a campaign. Whether you're editing an existing campaign or creating a new one, you'll now find the Connection Request Limit toggle conveniently grouped with other essential settings — making your campaign setup more intuitive and efficient.


🔁 Signatures and Voicemails Moved to the Resources Tab
For easier access,

and Voicemails
have been relocated from Account Settings
to the Resources
tab. This change makes it more convenient to manage your communication tools all in one place.

🪝 New Webhook Payload Fields
We're excited to introduce
new payload fields for webhooks
, giving you even greater flexibility and control over your data.With this update, you can now access additional details in webhook responses, including:
- Workspace Name
- Workspace ID
- Social Account Name
- Social Account ID
- Campaign ID
- Prospect Label Names (labels associated with your prospect)
- Full Conversation History from your Inbox, including Social Messages, Email, SMS, and Notes.

📌 Custom Order for Labels
You can now set a custom order for your labels across the platform, making it easier to organize prospects, templates, and customers. Simply head to
Workspace Settings > Labels
and use drag & drop
to arrange them exactly how you want.This custom order applies everywhere: from the
Inbox
and Prospects
tabs to the Add Label
step in campaigns. You’ll also see it reflected in the Resources tab (Templates section)
and your Admin panel
when labeling customers.

🎯 Campaign Card Reordering
Managing your campaigns is now easier than ever! With the new
drag-and-drop functionality

We’ve enhanced our HubSpot integration to automatically sync job titles and company names along with your contacts. This means a more complete and organized database without any extra effort on your end. Your CRM stays structured, up-to-date, and ready to use.

✅ Easily Resend Your Verification Email
When you create a Buzz account, you'll need to verify your email address. If you skip this step, you can now verify it anytime from your
User Settings
. Simply go to User Settings > Basic Information
and click Resend Email
to receive a new verification email.

No more opening extra tabs! We've added a
Copy Link
button to campaign searches, making it effortless to grab and share search results in just one click.

📅 Enhanced Calendly Integration: Upcoming Meetings & New Filters
Stay organized and never miss a scheduled meeting! Your upcoming Calendly bookings with prospects will now appear directly in the Prospects Tab, giving you a clearer view of your schedule.

Additionally, a new
Upcoming Meeting
filter in both the Inbox and Prospects Tab lets you quickly sort contacts based on their booking status, making it easier to prioritize follow-ups. Find it under Filters > Prospect Info
in both tabs.
