Currently, Buzz.ai cannot be fully controlled programmatically, which limits advanced automation. Users cannot use tools like Claude Code to create campaigns, manage system elements, or deploy custom AI agents. The existing AI employee also lacks the flexibility and fine-tuning required for more advanced workflows. Provide full API access to create and manage campaigns and other core system elements programmatically (e.g., Claude Code). Allow users to connect and deploy custom AI agents (e.g., built in Claude Code) to operate inside Buzz as a middleware layer.

Hello, currently the system only allows to add one Hubspot integration for all social accounts on the workspace. On the workspace we want to have a feature to add diffrent Hubspot integration for diffrent social accounts.

Lower the max on primary email sends will prevent locking of the customers primary DNS>

Lead scoring is becoming essential, but currently requires exporting leads to external tools. This breaks workflow continuity and prevents prioritization or automated follow-ups within Buzz itself. Implement built-in lead scoring within the prospects list Allow filtering, sorting, and campaign enrollment based on score Support: Custom scoring logic AI-based enrichment/scoring integrations (e.g., Exa.ai , Nimble API) Display score directly inside the Buzz UI for operational prioritization

Put all new seats on warm up as default so that we do not risk turning on campaigns and violating email and LinkedIn limitations until the seat is warm

Add statistics for AI Comment functionality. It would be great to see stats of how many posts we poster each day.

I want to find a couple thousand prospects in Las Vegas because I'm hosting a lunch there and want to invite people. I select the state NV and then I need to narrow it down to those that live in Las Vegas. I should be able to type in or select "Las Vegas" and then pull up all contacts in Las Vegas. However, I have to check like 100 boxes for Las Vegas. If I miss some, I don't get the right contacts. Then, if I leave the search and come back, the search doesn't save and I have to go click the 100 boxes again. This becomes untenable when you want to select suburbs. We need a better way.

It would be beneficial to add a feature in the "My Tasks" section under "Dashboard" that allows us to filter tasks based on the following criteria: a) The specific labels assigned to prospects, enabling us to search for manual tasks associated with certain labels. b) The option to select only active campaigns, distinguishing them from campaigns with different statuses in the table.

I do not want to see messages that I send in my Inbox - Inbox suggests that I am looking at messages that have come in, and that is what I expect to see. If I want to see messages I have sent, I would expect to look at sent items!

As a user, I want to filter New Contacts with previously withdrawn Connection Requests in the Filters tab of the Prospects page so I can distinguish truly new prospects from those I’ve already contacted and avoid adding them to the same campaign.
